Essentially no loaner tools. Staff tries to be helpful, but is slow and prone to making mistakes. There's room to work outside, and usually other people willing to lend a hand or a word of advice. But unlike the Maryland Ave. location, nobody tries to get you to let them do the work for money.

I had purchased two break bulbs from a neighboring store. When trying to return the bulbs, because they wouldn't fit I was rudely turned away. When I asked to speak to the supervisor the associate then rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth, then replayed, "I am the supervisor." Two other associates were walking speaking rudely also. This place is supremely unprofessional. I didn't write a review the first time I ran into problem there, but this time was over the top.
