I am very disappointed with the level of service I received for the second time at your Maryland Avenue store in Baltimore, MD. The first time the clerk gave me the wrong parts and I had to drive all the way back to the store. The most recent incident occurred when I called to ask how my mechanic who is located five minutes from your store could pick up parts I had ordered. The clerk told me to have the mechanic call when he got to the store. When he arrived the part was not in stock. The next day the mechanic went to pick the item up and was then told he would not be able to get the order because I purchased it. Your poor customer service has delayed me two days from getting the needed repair work done on my car. Needless to say, I will not be using your services again. Very dissatisfied. Feedback: Better customer service. Accurate inventory system.
